History:
"Cannon" was one of my very first sim horses, and is very near and dear to my heart. I created him years ago, when I first discovered horse sim games. He did not have real life lineage at that time. When he was younger, he was an excellent racehorse and raced against some of the best Arabian racehorses of that time. Unfortunately, the records of his race days have been lost. I believe he also did some show jumping after he retired from the track, but those records are nowhere to be found, either. It wasn't until I started simming in allsim circuits in late 2008/early 2009 that I recreated Cannon with real lines. Because of this, his progeny list is only for horses bred after 2008. Because of some details from his past, such as his coloring, Cannon could not be a purebred Arabian. Nowadays, the boards I show at are more realistic, so partbred Arabians do not participate in Arabian flat races. Therefore, Cannon's foals are ineligible to race except in "all breed" races, which aren't very common. However, his progeny and theirs would probably make decent endurance horses, since the sport is open to horses of most breeds. Cannon was retired from showing when I brought him to allsim, and he was retired for good during the transition from Kuutamo Estates to Gateway Stables in 2011.
Personality:
Cannon was always a lively stallion, even into his old age. He was super competitive and hated to lose. Throughout his life, Cannon was always very studly and energetic. Everyone who has spent time around Cannon agrees that they can feel confidence radiating off of him. He knows that he is stunning, and loves to show off. He will be greatly missed, but he has earned his retirement and has plenty of progeny to carry on his legacy.
